Possessing the world's most extensive collection of Sinatra recordings, and acknowledged as a top Sinatra authority, Peter Oprisko hosted and produced the popular nationally-syndicated radio program "Exclusively Sinatra" for 12-years before embarking on a successful singing career that has vaulted him to the lofty position as heir to his idol's throne as the nation's foremost vocalist of traditional pop, jazz, and standards. Indeed, legendary Grammy-winning jazz pianist Ramsey Lewis has hailed Peter as the "Rolls Royce" of singers today, and Peter's recent New Year's Eve opening for the Beach Boys at the MGM resort in Biloxi drew high acclaim!
In an era where everyone (from Barry Manilow to Michael Bolton) is using tribute albums and other gimmicks to ride the Sinatra coattails to greater glory, Oprisko has deliberately avoided the Sinatra songbook for fear of being mischaracterized as simply another Sinatra impersonator. Peter’s youthful passion, entertainingly educational interactive presentation, seductively dynamic vocal style, and inimitably magnetic stage presence and engaging charisma have endeared him to music aficionados spanning all demographics and have made him a popular fixture on the college, corporate, and casino circuits.
Peter's cherished and privileged relationships within the Sinatra inner-circle(including family, friends, songwriters, orchestrators, and other associates), and his position as one of the nation's premiere interpreters of traditional American pop and jazz make him uniquely qualified to present the legendary hits and stories of Ol' Blue Eyes in "Fabulous Frank": A dazzling, unforgettable homage that is not to be missed!
