DOTHAN, Ala. -- As if the Administration’s proposal to eliminate peanuts and peanut products from commercial airlines was not enough, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack has announced an agricultural disaster program that excludes peanut producers.

A federal grant announced Tuesday will give the City of Troy slightly more than $2 million in matching funds to complete sewer and infrastructure upgrades.
TROY—With the support of a $3.6 million gift from Dr. Manuel H. “Manley” Johnson, BB&T and the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation, Troy University will form a new center for policy research designed to advance the understanding of economic freedom.
